I have been training for the last few months consistently and just completed an early season Olympic distance triathlon. How can I optimize my training for fall triathlons, also Olympic stance, maybe longer? (LA Tri, Malibu…possibly Santa Barbara). They are all 5+ months away. I am 55 and have been training with varying intensity for 10+ years, but have not raced in a while.
Plan Builder? There are Olympic Triathlon plans that will take into account multiple events, and encourage you to set them as A/B/C races.
