Extra time! SST Volume 2


Doing base training Sweet Spot Base 2 at Low Volume. When I can train extra days indoor, what training sessions are best?
I am training to climb in the Italian Alps.


I wouldn’t suggest to add extra hard workouts in between your current ones to be fresh for the LV workouts. So consider Pettit or Baxter, or similar endurance rides?

On a Sunday if you can take it choose a workout from the MV plan (maybe start easy with a minus version of the same if you’re not used to it).
