Its much more typical to be doing level 6 and 7 VO2max workouts than 1s and 2s.

I think it’s trying to get you to the right place!

I think I will work my way up to it. At 58 years old Im feeling the fatigue of three weeks of sweet spot work. I dont want to teeter on over training.
