Doing less than workout target power

If during a TR workout (on Zwift) I reduce the bias by a few percent (e.g. so I’m doing a block of 240 instead of 250), after the ride am I right to assume TR logs that and adjusts my plan if needed?

I don’t have the link to the thread handy, but I once said that it did not take this into account and Caro corrected me and said that it did. If you reduce the bias a few points, it is accounted.

Thanks … in my mind reducing the bias in zwift in ERG mode, is the same as not using ERG but not putting out the required watts. In my mind TR must account for that, otherwise i could just pootle around in z2 during a v02 session.

If you reduce it a little it will still consider the workout done as prescribed for workout levels but will consider the adjustment along with your subjective feedback to the survey. If you adjust it too far it will automatically consider it a fail and prompt you with that survey.

Great thanks. I nudged the bias to 95% which took about 10w off.
