Have you tried reaching out for a refund now that the gov was surprised to find that one can’t simply change import requirements overnight?
Big sale again at Pactimo. Flyte bibs are $94, for example.
Got 4 pairs last round. No more room in the closet.
The benefits of a stable set of rules seem to be not be understood by those making the rules.
I am picturing ordering direct as tariff lottery now.
hard to do any better for the price with Pactimo on sale, great stuff at great price. I really like their aero mesh jersey
When/where is recommended to get Assos bibs on sale? Just the low-end Mille…
Thanks.
Bike Closet?
EDIT: I threw out “Bike Closet?” in response to AgingCannon’s question just above re finding Assos Mille bibs on sale. I know Bike Closet is legit. I’ve taken advantage of amazing deals from them myself.
Check out the official Assos outlet too.
Legit site….bought from them several times.
I’m looking for a used 1-1/4” tapered carbon gravel fork with 50mm clearance. I need to replace my fork on a 2017 Salsa Warbird. I’d prefer used.
If this isn’t the best thread, it can be moved.
TIA
definitely, second that bike closet is legit
Bought those there and they arrived in about 3 days.
Speaking of this, has anyone had an international shipment make it to them yet? I ordered something coming from Spain on the 31st and it’s been stuck in the Netherlands since the 5th with no update other than a late flight caused a delay.
I’ve had two packages arrive, and one from Bikeinn still on the way but they usually take a little longer than other stores in Europe.
I have a frame from China that has been stuck in midair since the 31st of January lol The last tracking update I have received is “Airline departure.”
My Nextie wheels, built on 1/23 have still not made it out of China. Nextie’s first attempt via FedEx failed. FedEx returned the package to them. Now I have a UPS tracking number, which was just updated in the last hour with an estimated delivery date of Feb 14th. I hope that will happen!
Plot twist: Nextie, based in China, shipped the wheels out of Hong Kong and declared a value under $800. We’ll see what happens next.
Keep us posted!
Nextie informed me that we shouldn’t expect any charges on their products, as it was previously. I’m currently waiting for some shipments to verify this. I haven’t shared this information yet because, given the current situation, I want to see it for myself before believing it.
Based on the current situation, products coming from China and priced below $800 should not have any tariff applied.
For reference, I ordered two tires from gambacicli.com and got them to the California in 4 days. UPS. No issues or even hint of a problem. They’re based in Italy. My first order with them.
