Any time the on screen instructions during a workout remind me to focus on taking deep abdominal breaths, I start cramping up almost immediately. If I revert back to my normal fast short breaths the cramp fades away.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is it the result of trying to slow my breath down too much and not taking in enough oxygenfor the workload? I would like to have more control over my breathing but I can’t seem to figure out the right technique.
