# Copying a complete calendar between users

Hi Everyone, myself and my partner are both TR users and are both doing the same half-iron distance ‘A’ race in May.

I’ve spent some time putting together a full training plan for myself on the calendar - adding in TR plans is easy but adding specific run, swim and strength workouts takes some time.

She will be following the same plan so does anyone know if it’s possible to copy my complete calendar over to her account?

Would it make sense to create a team and then assign the workouts as a work around? A pain to be sure but it’s a solution.
