That is not what I was referring to at all, and it not is what I am doing, but nice progress there. :+1:

I was calculating what FTP and w/kg would be for a given weight, training load and distrubution of intensity factor. So it would track the dips and highs and predict them based on planned training. Ftp cant progress up forever. I sadly passed that point years ago.

Must be nice to be still trending up.

1-2% here and there as I fine tune my training regimen and learn how much volume I can add. Goal is 250-260 watts or 4.5 w/kg one of these days. Slow and steady wins the way

Just started a plan targeting UCI Age Group qualifying in September this year. I’m very happy with everything as it is but love the data and can’t wait to see what the prediction might be. At (nearly) 64 it might just be maintaining and getting race ready than loosing. I’ve already dialed back my Zwift racing - such an addict that that has been hard to do. But as the podcast this week suggested - double down on one’s commitment to the plan (that was after my scheduled 90 min group ride went for 150 mins - oops).
