I did Broken Figure (without the +1), and it was one of the hardest workouts I’ve done. In fact, completing it on 100% was a good indication to me that I needed to take an FTP test. If you’re managing the +1, I think you could be in the same situation! Brutal stuff.
I’m fresh off an FTP test…and it certainly pushed me especially after the accumulated fatigue.
It was very hard to complete as I just took a 10 watt bump up from my last ramp test- so I knew it was going to hurt. But I like seeing the workouts really pushing me the first part after the ramp test increase. I think it’s spot on for me.
