Breakthrough Workouts

so I have teapot on schedule today, I’m feeling pretty good , was curious to what the benefit was in a breakthrough workout and a good substitute breakthrough workout that would be good to do today vs Teapot!

As to the benefits, that’s a loaded question. It depends on a range of factors relative to you, your current training state, placement within your training plan, how well you execute and complete the workout, your recovery from that workout and many others. There is no blanket answer here.
