The lack of effort on Bonts customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I did end up fixing the shoe on my own. I made a 20mm slit in the top, pushed the foam back towards the toes and pulled the sagging foam up, then supper glued the foam back to the shoe, and sticked back together. I’ve ridden it about 100 miles and it’s holding up. You can barely see where I worked on them.
