Bont Shoe Heel Padding Slipping Down

I have a pair of Bont Riot MTB shoes. I’ve used them about two dozen times, mostly on the trainer.

The heel padding in one shoe is slipping down and creating an uncomfortable bulge. Is there anyway to fix this?

I was thinking about cutting an inch slit at the top and sewing them back up after apply some adhesive to the foam.

Also, the shoes are over a year old and out warranty.

My riot road also did this. No way to fix and Bont have been rubbish in terms of responding. Won’t be buying any more

Thanks for the reply. I sent in a email asking about repair options. They replied back asking for photos, but it’s been 4 days with zero response. I hope to hear something soon.

The lack of effort on Bonts customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
