Is there a recommended way to postpone adaptation week under AT? The first week of my loading block was thinned out by work travel, and I feel like another loading week (I am traveling again the week after). What is the best way to do this without messing up AT? Can I just switch the rest week and the week after somehow?
Move an A, B, or C race to another day (you can move back afterwards), this will ask if you want to update your plan. When you choose to update your plan it will take you through Plan Builder where it gives you an option to add vacation, illness, etc. Put in the week you don’t want to train (you can fill that week with TrainNow endurance/recovery rides as you have time).
