Anybody get this message?

When using the android app I usually get this whenever Im on a mobile connection. Currently offline…check your connection. If Im on wifi I’m fine. Brand new Samsung S25+…all other apps are fine.

Get it all the time. I just ignore it and carry on lol.

I get it often too, in similar circumstances.

It shows me adaptions but wont let me accept them or change a workout. Must be a bug in the app. But I can go to any other app, this forum for example, and post.

I get it regularly when on my home Wi-Fi if I open TR app then change to another app and then change back to TR. When it happens, I close TR entirely and reopen it.

I get it too, running Android 16 on a OnePlus 13. It’s annoying but not a massive issue in the grand scheme of things.

Someone mentioned recently that this is due to something the software is built on, it can show that even though it reconnected but it won’t clear until you close and restart the app. I have seen it on windows app and android. On android (tablet) I have had issues with devices staying connected if it happens but never an issue on windows. Closing app and restarting and no more issues as others have mentioned.

I’ve been discussing this with the team this morning, and we have an engineer taking a look now.

For the time being, I’d recommend using the web to make any changes to your plans, accept adaptations, etc.

We’ll get this sorted out ASAP.

Depending on what else you have running on your device using an internet connection, you can also get rid of this warning by toggling your Internet connection:

  • If you are on wifi, turn it off and on again
  • If you are on mobile data, either turn it off and on again, or switch to Wi-Fi (temporary or permanent)

In the end, all the app seems to need is another OS event to tell it the currently used network connection is “online”
