Any way to see what workout average power will be before doing the workout?

Is there any way to see what my final average power will be for a given workout? The listed IF will give me the final NP, but I’d like to see AP as well to help calculate the speed of a given workout (for outside).


Take the workout kJ figure, multiply by 1000, then divide by length (minutes) and divide again by 60, I.e.:

Avg Watts = kJ * 1000 / minutes / 60
