Any benefit to multiple positions / saddles / pedals?

so I am tinkering with my fit and saddles currently and notice even small changes really make me work different muscles and stretch / sit in different positions.

wondering if there is any merit to having multiple positions / saddle / pedal combos. maybe your favorite go-to and then a few others…say ride your favorite for ~2 weeks then your secondary ones for a few days each then back to favorite for ~2 weeks.

just to work muscles differently and stretch your body out in different positions?

to each their own I guess. I prefer not to tinker but just ride and unless you have different bikes for different purposes I would just stick to one fit that suits my riding. I used myvelofit to dial in my fit. It might not be the most optimal fit but it feels much better than what I did on my own
