I registered for American triple-t at end of May. A 3 day race with a sprint on Friday. A sprint sat am and Olympic sat pm and a 1/2 Ironman on Sunday. Question is, what type of training plan is next? I’m just starting sweet spot part 2 and wasn’t sure where to go next?
For history sake I did an Ironman last year in just under 12 and have numerous 1/2 and olympics in history so just trying to get prepped. Thanks all.
