Did you have a plan in place when this was happening?

Hi Eddie,
I’m not sure why you are not seeing my plan. I have two on my calendar right now. The current one started on 12/1, but I’ve been running a plan since mid-October and updated it over the weekend to add extra duration and increase the weekly hours from 5.5 to 6. My current plan is a three-month FTP builder followed by an event plan for events in April/May & June.
Do you maybe have two accounts or email/username? This seems to be the frequent cause when he says he looked and it doesn’t match.
Maybe when you updated your plan, it applied as a new plan because what I’m seeing on the backend shows these three as your most recently added plans.
Start Date: June 1, 2024
End Date: July 21, 2024
Start Date: December 2, 2025
End Date: February 22, 2026
Start Date: February 23, 2026
End Date: June 14, 2026
Ultimately, I was just hoping to be able to see those adaptations on the back end, but since I don’t have access to any plan in 2025 prior to December 2nd, I can’t see them.
Could you let me know if anything similar happens again? Either leave the adaptations pending or accept them, and I’ll be able to pull them up. Basically, just don’t decline them. ![]()
