So, what data taken into and utilized to adapt plans? It’s been power vs time and subjective difficulty rating. Now it’s HR too. What specifically is everything else?
I am unaware of any documentation as to how they incorporate data into their model. Just that they have said they do use it.
If I remember right it’s less important than power/rpe but it is still used.
From what I’ve seen, Power/RPE/HR are the main ones. The only answer I’ve seen from TR beyond that is it starts getting into secret sauce and they don’t say specifically.
Or there is no secret sauce. The AI is just taking a massive dataset (all TR user data) and making a prediction.
