Advice - On and Off

Hello to all,

Due to work and newborn, I have been on and off the training for approx 2 months… - Should I just start my training again? and if so, how can I do this on TR?

What should I do?

Decide what your goal is, put it in Plan Builder, do a ramp test and get started.


(Understandably, lots of people might no longer be targeting specific races or just don’t race anyhow … if that’s the case for you, either make up a nominal goal event or search some of the other threads on the forum about using plan builder or choosing a plan)

I’d just start SSB1 again and worry about the rest later. There’s really no point in looking too far ahead right now.
