I have been using plan builder this year to target Masters Nats. and LOTOJA. Though COVID through a spanner in the works, I kept my plan as it was to peak at the end of July for Nats. However, with the new tentative date in September (two weeks after LOTOJA), I had to readjust my plan.
I put the new dates in plan builder and had it automatically recalculate my training based on that. However, this week was supposed to be a recovery week after several weeks of high volume build.
I can obviously just rest this week, but I don’t want to be off an entire week in my plans and have to recalculate everything. Does anyone know how to adjust a rest week or force it to recalculate that way? Thanks in advance!
