Adjust FTP or increase workout percentage

I have been using my Assioma pedal for power output for the last few months, but I am consistently getting power dropouts with my Mac. If I use my Wahoo Core as my power output, it stays connected without any dropouts, but I noticed that my Core reads about 2 - 3% higher than my pedal. I connect my Garmin to my pedals and use that to upload to Training Peaks.
If I want to use my Core as my power output should I adjust my FPT by 2 - 3% or should I keep my FTP the same and on each workout, increase my workout by 2 - 3%?


Do nothing and just use the trainer. At a FTP of 300 you’re talking 6-9 watts. That’s within the margin of error and won’t matter either way.
