Acne After High Volume

Does anyone else get acne in more intense weeks or with higher volume? I started traditional base high volume a few weeks ago and I’m on my fourth week. I did over twelve hours last week and now I have acne all over my face.

It’s possible it’s something else like diet (maybe it’s because I’ve eaten more) but it’s happened before in similar situations, and I’m eating relatively healthy.

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to mitigate it? Or should I just learn to embrace it as a sign of progress?

Not happened to me, but intense training will affect your immune system, and it might have a harder time fighting infections.

Or maybe you’re just sweating way more, which is setting it off.

Glad to hear I am not the only one getting this. Though I am on a LV plan, the swim and run add more volume.
