# Accept SOME adaptation?

Is there a way to accept some adaptations but not others? Right now I think there is only 2 buttons… accept ALL or Skip.  
I have an issue that sometimes Green/Red Light suggest the next workout to be adapted, which I don’t want to adapt (Red light is really sensitive to strength workouts right now). Meanwhile, there are also adaptation for next week which I do want to accept.  
How do I accept some but not ALL?

It is all or nothing for now. There is an open feature request to add the ability to select/deselect, but we have nothing now.

Thanks Chad!  
I looked for some adaptations and couldnt find anything… selective adaptations is a better term.

Really wish TR would implement this… sounds like low hanging fruit for me… but things rarely are.

Indeed. I have adopted sort of an axiom:

- “Everything is **easy** … _as long as someone else has to do it._” 😛

Thanks for the workaround… I’ll try this.

While we are at it… It would also be great to have an “UNDO” button for the calendar!
