I dont think the cadence drop is your answer but don’t have data to prove that.

What type of sessions would you go into after the SS progression. Aim is to get better at holding FTP for longer and getting into breakaways and winning moves such as those.

Make it the first workout of the week and make it count! Adjust as needed, but try to keep increasing time-in-zone and minimizing rest intervals.

Beyond an hour keep going and let power drop ala the “big cat” Frank Overton freestyle sweet spot. Hoping to get back there myself this spring :+1:t3:
