2 Weeks off for medical. How to adjust?

On the 22nd I’m going for a little snip. Doc says two weeks off of the bike. This week I’m finishing the hard part of Base phase 2 before the taper. Next week should be the taper. Since I’m having the surgery on the 22nd and will be off for a while should I add in some tougher workouts next week and then resume with an ftp test when I am allowed back on the bike? If so what should I add in as far as workouts for next week?

I don’t feel like I should just skip the first two weeks of the Build phase.

I don’t really have any A races scheduled yet so pushing it out a couple of weeks shouldn’t be an issue.
