2 Hour PR attempt

Great work @Charlie_Botterill how did you feel towards the end of the ride? What was your eating strategy?

Felt a lot worse compared to how I started :joy: - did manage another 45min at 225W though

In total, I took in 150g of carbs over the 2:45 hours

started midway through the 1st interval - basically 3 bottles with 50g of sugar in each - I would have a swig of the bottle at the end of every song on my playlist to help me stay on top of the fueling.

If your FTP is really 338 watts then 1 x 120 minutes at 300 watts should be a piece of cake.

The guy rode at 4.8 w/kg for 2 hours. To train to get to that level of fitness probably means he knows roughly where his ftp is at! :wink:

@old_but_not_dead_yet - If I trained it, yes, but a 35min effort is the longest sustained effort I’ve done

It would be interesting to see what you can do now on a 20 min FTP test.

Best i’ve done for 20minutes is 366W
