1 Week at Elevation - Any benefit to be had?

I’m heading to elevation for 6 days (7-9K feet) where I will be mtn biking and running for at least 5 of the 6 days. Is there an advantageous way to approach the training there besides understanding I will not be hitting my lower elevation numbers? I am a very poor adapter to elevation. Just curious if there is a strategy to maximize the advantage of higher elevation training or if this exposure period is just way too short to reap any real benefits.
