Hi! I am currently training for a week in the Pyrenees and then my next objective is vEveresting on Zwift. I am planning on a week off after the mountain trip and then I thought I would complete an 8 week speciality plan - Gran Fondo? Do you think this is right. Or perhaps should I do some longer rides on the wahoo too. I have done multi hour sessions on the trainer before. Any advice welcome. Thanks.
