Rescheduling a missed workout?

Just wondering what people do if they cant do a scheduled workout and have to miss it in SSBLV2??
Carry it over into the week after or tag it on to the end of a plan??

Forget about it an on to the next one… only when I miss multiple workouts I’m looking at adjusting my planning.

But… say you missed 2 v02 max workouts on ssb2 and you got 2 weeks transition until build phase, could you just do those 1 each week with some outdoor riding or whatever?

It depends how far apart they were missed and what’s next but missing a couple of workouts over such a long period isn’t a big deal.
