Nate's 2 hour sweet spot workout progression

In one of the podcasts towards the end of 2019 @Nate mentioned the progression he likes to go through with the long sweet spot workouts at the end of each week. Does anyone remember what the 3 workouts were? Was it Geiger, Tallac, Wright Peak?
