Rode John's Trek with a Quarq power meter on the Tacx Bushido at 1%. I really liked this workout. Don't know if I just get more motivated on increasing intervals or what. Tacx power numbers seemed pretty close to the quarq so maybe I'll take another stab at making a power curve for the Bushido again.
